is the normal lead-time for my project? |
| |
CD-Rs can be completed in as little as 24 hours!
Normal Lead times for Duplication services are 3 – 5 Business
Days.
Normal Lead times for Replication services are 10 – 15
Business Days.

is Offset Printing? |
| |
CDs printed at a much higher resolution (150-175
lines per inch).
Allows for smaller fonts and more detailed images.
World standard of “full color” printing, near “true-
to- life” color. .
True Photographic quality without the glossy label. |

is Laser Printing? |
| |
A 4/color printing process.
Print to glossy or matte labels.
Great color and relatively fast process.
Great for tight registration.
Magazine quality on glossy labels. |

is Inkjet Printing? |
| |
A 4/color printing process.
Print direct to CD or matte labels.
Deep rich color.
Requires more drying time. |

| What
is Silkscreen Printing? |
| |
Process utilizing either PMS/Pantone or 4-color
process printing.
Artwork is converted to screens to print on CD or DVD. For each
color a separate screen as well as piece of film, is required
for each color.
Riviera Marketing’s pricing includes up to 4 colors, anything
above that requires additional charges. |

is Thermal Print? |
| |
Print directly onto CD with either a White or
Silver background. Usually one color.
Black, Red or Blue Ink is available.
All 3 Colors can be printed on CD. Each color requires it’s
own pass through the printer, which requires longer lead-times
than normal. |

| What is
600 DPI Digital Printing? |
| |
Relatively new High Resolution printing process.
Direct print on CD producing a Magazine Quality image eliminating
the need for a Glossy Label.
Artwork MUST be supplied at 600 DPI. |

computer program can I use to prepare my artwork? |
| |
Illustrator EPS including all outlining fonts
Photoshop
Quark QXD with linked files (pictures and fonts)

Marketing edit my master or help “clean-up” my original
recording? |

Yes, for an additional cost we can bring your
master together for you.
All studio services are completed through our strategic partner,
DUB VOX Studio Services. |

can my graphic artist or I get the templates needed to prepare
our artwork? |

You can print the templates right off of our site
on our Templates & Forms Page or call us and request a fax
or email.

We Prefer artwork to be submitted in Electronic
Form rather than film.
